Abstract
Se proveen métodos y aparatos para determinar el tiempo de HARQ en un sistema de comunicación que soporta Agregación de Portadoras (CA). Se provee un método para recibir, en una BS, una retroalimentación de HARQ desde un UE en un sistema de comunicación que soporta CA de una celda P y por lo menos una celda S. La celda P y celda S soportan ya sea FDD o TDD. El método comprende: transmitir un canal físico de enlace descendente a través de una de la celda P y la celda S; recibir la retroalimentación de HARQ correspondiente al canal físico de enlace descendente de la celda P en un primer tiempo predeterminado para la celda P; y recibir la retroalimentación de HARQ correspondiente al canal físico de enlace descendente de la celda S en un segundo tiempo. El segundo tiempo se determina de acuerdo con uno o más de modos dúplex de la celda P y la celda S, un modo de programación de la celda S, y reglas predefinidas.
