Abstract
Se describe un método para tratar una zona de una formación subterránea penetrada por una perforación de pozo, el método que incluye las etapas de: (a) formar un fluido de tratamiento que comprende: (i) agua; (ii) un ácido fuerte); (iii) un polímero soluble en agua que tiene al menos un grupo funcional que se puede reticular con aluminio(III); (iv) un carboxilato de aluminio soluble en agua; y (v) un agente formador de complejos para iones de calcio; en donde el pH del fluido de tratamiento es menor que el pH requerido para el aluminio reticule el polímero para formar un gel reticulado; (b) introducir el fluido de tratamiento a través de la perforación de pozo en la zona; y (c) permitir un tiempo para que el ácido fuerte en el fluido de tratamiento se agote en la formación tal que el pH del fluido se incremente de manera suficiente para que el aluminio del carboxilato de aluminio reticule el polímero.
