Abstract

Un método para controlar una perforación giratoria mejorada por resonancia, que comprende una barrena perforadora giratoria y un oscilador para aplicar carga oscilatoria axial a la barrena perforadora giratoria comprendiendo el método: controlar la frecuencia (f) del oscilador en la perforación giratoria mejorada por resonancia, por lo que la frecuencia (f) se mantiene en el rango (D2 us/8000"Am)1/2 - f - sf d2/(8000"am)1/2, en el que D es el diámetro de la barrena perforadora giratoria, Us la resistencia a compresión del material que se está perforando, A es la amplitud de la vibración, m es la masa vibratoria , y sf es un factor de escala mayor que 1; y controlar la fuerza dinámica (Fd) del oscilador en la perforación giratoria mejorada por resonancia, por lo que la fuerza dinámica (Fd) se mantie el rango [("/4)D2 effUs]- Fd- Sfd["/4)D2 effUs], en el que Deef es un diámetro efectivo de la barrena perforadora giratoria, Us es una resistencia a compresión del material que se está perforando y Sfd es un factor de escala mayor que 1, en el la frecuencia (f) y la fuerza dinámica (Fd) del oscilador con controladas supervisando señales que presentan la resistencia compresiva (Us) del material que se está perforando y ajustando la frecuencia (f) y la fuerza dinámica (Fd) del oscilador utilizando un mecanismo de realimentación enb tiempo real de circuito cerrado de acuerdo con cambios en la resistencia a compresión (Us) del material que se est´s perforando.
