Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una barrera anular para expandirse en un espacio anular entre una estructura tubular de pozo y una pared interior de un barreno del fondo de una perforación, que comprende una parte tubular para montarse como parte de la estructura tubular de pozo, dicha parte tubular tiene un eje longitudinal; una manga expansible que rodea a la parte tubular y que tiene una cara exterior, cada extremo de la manga expansible está sujeto a la parte tubular por medio de una parte de conexión, donde una de la partes de conexión es una parte de conexión deslizante que se desliza con respecto a la parte tubular cuando la manga expansible se expande; un espacio de barrera anular entre la parte tubular y la manga expansible; una abertura en la parte tubular para permitir el paso de fluido hacia el espacio de barrera anular para expandir la manga; y una válvula de cierre activable que tiene una posición abierta y una posición cerrada y que está dispuesta en la abertura, en donde la barrera anular comprende además un dispositivo de detección para detectar el momento en el cual la manga expansible se ha expandido en una posición de contacto, y en donde el dispositivo de detección está adaptado para proporcionar una señal para activar la válvula de cierre para llevar la válvula de cierre desde la posición abierta hasta la posición cerrada cuando detecta que la manga expansible está en la posición de contacto. Además, la invención se relaciona con un sistema del fondo de una perforación que comprende una pluralidad de barreras anulares de acuerdo con la invención, y con un método para expandir una barrera anular.
