Abstract
La presente invención se refiere un nuevo radiofármaco heterofuncional, multimérico y multivalente de nanopartículas de oro radiomarcadas con lutecio-177 (177Lu) y conjugadas a centenas de péptidos ciclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Phe)Cys (c(RGDfK)C) como un agente para la radioterapia de tumores agresivos de rápido crecimiento y metástasis, como el cáncer de mama y glioblastomas, por técnicas de imagen molecular en medicina nuclear. El objeto de esta invención es proporcionar un nuevo radiofármaco específico (radiofármaco de blancos moleculares) para la radioterapia de tumores con sobre- expresión de la integrina a(v)ß(3) totalmente diferente a los que actualmente existen en el mercado.
