Abstract
Varios sistemas y métodos para implementar y utilizar una herramienta de imagenología del fondo de la perforación de microimpedancias de tensor total que incluye emisores del fondo de la perforación que inducen, en posiciones azimutalmente espaciadas sobre una pared del barreno, campos que tienen componentes en tres direcciones no coplanares diferentes dentro de una formación y sensores del fondo de la perforación direccionalmente sensibles que detectan los componentes ocasionados por cada emisor. La herramienta incluye además un controlador del fondo de la perforación que procesa señales recibidas de los sensores del fondo de la perforación direccionalmente sensibles para proporcionar un conjunto de mediciones representativas de un tensor de impedancias 3x3 en cada posición.
