Abstract
The invention relates to an improved active antenna system which is characterized, among other features, by: a first antenna array (5) provided for the transmitting and receiving operation; a second antenna array (10) provided for the receiving operation; the two antenna arrays (5, 10) being arranged one upon another; and by the supply network (N11, N12) of the first antenna array (5) having a frequency-dependent amplitude distribution, i.e. one that is different from a transmitting and a receiving frequency.
