Abstract
Se proporciona un método y sistema para confirmar coubicación de dispositivos múltiples dentro de un área geográfica, mientras se filtran alarmas falsas. Un método de ejemplo comprende el tratamiento de los primeros datos GPS obtenidos a partir de un primer sensor GPS y los segundos datos de GPS obtenidos de un segundo sensor GPS. Un evaluador de datos de detección compara un error de detección de los primeros datos GPS y un error de detección de los segundos datos GPS. Con base en el resultado de la comparación, el evaluador de los datos de detección determina si los errores de detección deben ser ignorados. Un método donde una alarma que de lo contrario sería generada es deshabilitada o cancelada se puede denominar como filtración de alarmas falsas.
