Abstract

The present invention is related to the industry for formulating, developing and producing impermeabilization compositions for all type of surfaces without meshes or reinforce fibres, which is characterised in that it comprises a mixture of a styrene acrylic latex resin based on acrylates of more than three carbons and other monomer selected from styrene, vinyl toluene or a-methyl styrene with a polyurethane latex resin having a single component and a low content of solids, water, moisturisers, antifoams, dispersants, dyes, charges, an antifreeze, coalescent, bactericide, pH regulator, thickener and an additive against UV beams.
