Abstract

La presente invención divulga un método y un aparato relacionado para establecer un HS-DPCCH Autónomo; el método incluye: recibir, a través de una estación base, datos de enlace descendente que incluyen información de indicación y es enviada por un controlador de red de radio, donde la información de indicación es utilizada para indicar si una terminal de usuario soporta un HS-DPCCH Autónomo; y enviar información de disparador a la terminal de usuario que soporta el HS-DPCCH Autónomo, a fin de disparar el establecimiento del HS-DPCCH Autónomo; modalidades de la presente invención además proporcionan una estación base correspondiente y un controlador de red de radio correspondiente; en soluciones técnicas de la presente invención, la estación base rio necesita enviar la información de disparador a un UE que no soporta el HS-DPCCH Autónomo, de manera que se puede evitar un desperdicio de los recursos del HS-SCCH, y se puede reducir un retraso de la programación de datos de enlace descendente de un UE.
