Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la preparación de quinazolina substituída, de la fórmula: (VER FIGURA) en donde X e Y se localizan en la posición 6, 7 ú 8 y son iguales o diferentes y se seleccionan del grupo que consiste de hidrógeno, alquilo con de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono inclusive, alcoxi con de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, inclusive, halógeno; n es 1 ó 2; o una sal de adición de ácido fisiológicamente aceptable, que comprende hacer reaccionar una 1,2-dihidro-2,2,4-trimetilquinolina de la fórmula: (VER FIGURA) o una de sus sales de adición de ácido en donde X e Y tienen las limitaciones antriores, con una N-cianoamina de la fórmula: (VER FIGURA) en donde n es 1 ó 2, en la presencia de un disolvente inerte a los reactivos y producto, y solubiliza los reactivos, y una cantidad catalítica de un ácido mineral fuerte a una temperatura elevada.The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of substituted quinazoline, of the formula: (SEE FIGURE) where X and Y are located at position 6, 7 or 8 and are the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms inclusive, alkoxy with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, inclusive, halogen; n is 1 or 2; or a physiologically acceptable acid addition salt, comprising reacting a 1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethylquinoline of the formula: (SEE FIGURE) or one of its acid addition salts wherein X and Y have the above limitations, with an N-cyanoamine of the formula: (SEE FIGURE) where n is 1 or 2, in the presence of a solvent inert to the reagents and product, and solubilizes the reagents, and a catalytic amount of a strong mineral acid at an elevated temperature.
