Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método de codificación/decodificación de imagen, un método de transmisión de flujo de bits, y un medio de grabación legible por computadora donde se almacena un flujo de bits. El método de decodificación de imagen, de conformidad con la presente descripción, es un método por el cual un dispositivo de decodificación de imagen decodifica una imagen, y comprende los pasos de: adquirir, a partir de un mensaje de información de mejoramiento suplementario (SEI) de características de post-filtro de red neuronal (NNPFC), una primera información que indica si se genera al menos una imagen de salida correspondiente en al menos una imagen de entrada; y adquirir, a partir de un mensaje de SEI de activación de post-filtro de red neuronal (NNPFA), una segunda información que indica si se genera la imagen de salida generada, en donde el valor de la segunda información se determina con base en si el objetivo del post-filtro de red neuronal (NNPF) es el sobremuestreo de la velocidad de imagen o si la imagen de entrada es plural en número.
