Abstract

Un caudalímetro (1) para fluidos bifásicos criogénicos líquidos/gaseosos, que comprende: - Una tubería de entrada para el fluido cuyo caudal se va a medir, en el caudalímetro, cuya tubería está provista de un orificio calibrado (8); - Un sistema provisto de un depósito vertical (5), en cuyo depósito se abre la tubería, la pared del depósito está provista de una pluralidad de ranuras (6) para la salida del fluido (7), desde el depósito (5) hacia el espacio interior (9) que rodea el depósito (5); - Sensores de presión que permiten medir las siguientes diferencias de presión: ? Una diferencia de presión (?P3) entre aguas arriba y aguas abajo del orificio calibrado ? Una diferencia de presión (?P1) entre la parte inferior del depósito (5) y la atmósfera que rodea el depósito dentro del espacio interior (9) ? Una diferencia de presión (?P2) existente entre dos puntos ubicados en el espacio que rodea el depósito (5) dentro del espacio interior (9); - Un sistema de adquisición y procesamiento de datos, que es capaz de llevar a cabo la determinación de la información sobre el estado del fluido entrante y la determinación del caudal usando el diferencial de presión ?P3 cuando el fluido es 100% gaseoso o 100% líquido (subenfriado), o el diferencial de presión ?P1 que permite deducir la altura del líquido en el depósito y posteriormente el caudal de fluido (7) que pasa a través de las ranuras.
