Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para corregir el color de una impresión digital. En una primera etapa, se proporciona una imagen digital especificada a una impresora digital como una imagen digital de colores separados con al menos un patrón de canal de color, en el que cada patrón de canal de color se asigna a un canal de color de impresión de la impresora digital y tiene información relacionada a los puntos de impresión, que serán colocados por la impresora, del canal de color de impresión correspondiente, y un punto de impresión que está definido por la posición de impresión y el tamaño del mismo. El método comprende adicionalmente los pasos de: a) proporcionar datos de corrección para la impresión digital, comprendiendo dichos datos de corrección al menos un valor de corrección para al menos un patrón de canal de color, b) usar los datos de corrección en la imagen digital de colores separados, por lo que se obtiene una imagen digital con colores separados y corregida en color, y c) opcionalmente imprimir la imagen digital con colores separados y corregida en color utilizando la impresora digital.
