Abstract
Un método para decodificar un vector de movimiento incluye: determinar por lo menos un bloque candidato de vector de movimiento de predicción (PMV) usado para determinar un PMV de un bloque actual; determinar la disponibilidad de un vector de movimiento de por lo menos el bloque candidato de PMV; cuando hay un bloque candidato de PMV que se determinó que no estaba disponible, determinar el PMV del bloque actual mediante el uso de un vector de movimiento por defecto (MV); y obtener un vector de movimiento del bloque actual con base en el PMV determinado.
