Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un aparato de codificación que comprende: una circuitería de cuantificación que genera un parámetro de cuantificación que incluye una primera información relacionada con un libro de códigos de cuantificación de vectores y una segunda información relacionada con vectores de códigos incluidos en el libro de códigos; y un circuito de control que determina cuál de entre la primera codificación de la primera información para el subvector objetivo y la segunda codificación de un segundo número de bits basándose en la diferencia entre un número asignado de bits para la cuantificación del vector y el número de bits del parámetro de cuantificación debe ejecutarse, de acuerdo con el número de bits disponibles para codificar subvectores que incluyen por lo menos un subvector objetivo entre una pluralidad de subvectores en la cuantificación del vector.
