Abstract

La celda de ionización negativa adecuada para ionizar negativamente partículas finas, ultrafinas y nanopartículas presentes en un flujo de aire definido por humo, gases de escape de vehículos o del aire de ambientes interiores, el flujo de aire es adecuado para ser purificado de estas partículas, la celda adecuada proporciona una carga eléctrica negativa a estas partículas sólidas contenidas en este flujo de aire cuando pasa a través de la celda de ionización, esta celda tiene un cuerpo que define una parte ionizante que comprende una primera y una segunda porción alargada, preferentemente en forma de placa, y enfrentadas entre sí, esta primera porción es alimentada con voltaje negativo para generar una diferencia de potencial con la segunda porción, la primera y segunda porción define un pasaje para el flujo de aire; esta primera porción soporta una pluralidad de cuerpos alargados y puntiagudos que se proyectan en el pasaje para el flujo de aire y ortogonalmente a este flujo de aire, estos cuerpos alargados y puntiagudos que generan un flujo de electrones, dirigido hacia la segunda porción debido a la diferencia de potencial antes mencionada y adecuado para interceptar las partículas sólidas presentes en el flujo de aire a fin de cargarlas negativamente. Además, se reivindica un purificador de aire provisto de esta celda de ionización negativa.
