Abstract
Se describen sistemas, métodos y algoritmos para estimar la diferencia de reloj de muestreo entre un dispositivo de reproducción y grabación de audio. La diferencia de reloj de muestreo puede determinarse mediante la reproducción de forma secuencial de la misma señal pseudoaleatoria y aprovechamiento de las propiedades estadísticas de dicha señal en la grabación. Una modalidad ejemplar utiliza una secuencia de longitud máxima (MLS) para la señal pseudoaleatoria. Aunque una secuencia MLS es una buena elección para la sincronización del reloj, es posible utilizar otras secuencias pseudoaleatorias. Es preferible que la secuencia tenga un pico de correlación agudo que sea fácilmente discernible incluso con un solo desplazamiento de la muestra y que tenga una longitud suficiente para soportar la deriva del reloj prevista.
