Abstract
The present invention relates to a water heater and a baffle assembly for a water heater, the water heater comprising: a combustion chamber for providing a combustion space in which a combustion reaction occurs; a smoke tube connected to the combustion chamber and extending in a reference direction so that a combustion gas generated in the combustion reaction flows therein in the reference direction, to heat water flowing outside by using the combustion gas; a burner arranged to cause the combustion reaction; and a baffle assembly provided inside the smoke tube to turbulize the combustion gas flowing inside the smoke tube, wherein the baffle assembly may comprise: a first baffle provided on the inlet side of the smoke tube and arranged to lower the temperature of the combustion gas; and a second baffle provided on the reference direction side of the first baffle and arranged to turbulize the flow of the combustion gas that has passed through the first baffle.
