Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a metal container (1) from a sheet metal material (2), wherein the container (1), which is produced at least using a deep drawing and/or extrusion process carried out along the axial direction (3), has a base region (5) at a first end (4), said base region at least partly closing the first end (4), and a wall region (8), which adjoins the base region, extends to a second end (6) along the axial direction (3), and is designed in a circular manner in the circumferential direction (7).
