Abstract

Se proporcionan métodos y composiciones para inducir la reprogramación de una célula no pluripotente usando un sistema vectorial soportado por moléculas pequeñas para proporcionar una iPSC que tenga las propiedades deseables con una alta eficiencia. También se proporcionan células de reprogramación y poblaciones de iPSC o líneas celulares clonales que usan los métodos y composiciones de reprogramación proporcionados.
