Abstract
La invención se refiere a un rotor abierto (7) y a una bomba sumergible configurada para bombear líquido que contiene materia abrasiva y comprende un rotor abierto (7) de ese tipo. El rotor abierto (7) comprende una placa de cubierta (11), un cubo (12) situado en el centro y al menos dos álabes que se extienden en espiral, siendo que cada álabe comprende un borde anterior (14) adyacente al cubo (12) y un borde posterior (15) en la periferia del rotor (7) y un borde inferior (16), en el que el borde inferior (16) se extiende desde el borde anterior (14) hasta el borde posterior (15) y separa un lado de succión (17) del álabe de un lado de presión (18) del álabe, y siendo que el borde inferior (16) se configura para estar orientado y ubicado frente a una placa de desgaste de la bomba sumergible, al menos un álabe comprende una aleta (19) en el borde inferior (16), siendo que la aleta (19) está conectada y se proyecta desde el lado de succión (17) del al menos un álabe. El rotor abierto (7) se caracteriza porque la aleta (19) se localiza radial al exterior de un radio interior del rotor (7) y se extiende en la dirección circunferencial hasta el borde posterior (15) en el lado de succión (17) del álabe localizado en un radio máximo (r_max) del rotor (7), la aleta (19) tiene una superficie de desgaste inferior (20) configurada para estar orientada y ubicada frente a la placa de desgaste de la bomba sumergible, siendo que el radio interior es igual al mayor de: el radio máximo (r_max) del rotor (7) multiplicado por 0.6, y un radio de entrada del rotor (7) multiplicado por 1.2, en donde el radio de entrada se toma en la interfaz entre el borde anterior (14) del álabe y el borde inferior (16) del álabe en el lado de succión (17) del álabe.
