Una tapa para contenedor metálico (11) apto para contener una sustancia, que comprende: - un capuchón de cierre (12) definido por al menos una incisión o línea pre-cortada (13), capaz de permitir que el capuchón de cierre sea levantado y al menos parcialmente rasgado, - una palanca de apertura (14) dispuesta a horcajadas sobre la línea de incisión (13) y que comprende un extremo de fulcro frontal (15) y una región intermedia (16) provista de una pestaña flexible (17) unida al capuchón de cierre (12), - un elemento mecánico (18) situado en las proximidades de la línea de incisión (13), configurado para unir mecánicamente la pestaña flexible (17) al capuchón de cierre (12) y configurado para cooperar con dicha pestaña flexible (17); - la línea de incisión (13) tiene al frente, en la zona donde comienza a levantarse y rasgarse el capuchón de cierre (12), una porción (19) sobresaliente hacia el exterior, hacia el extremo frontal del fulcro (15) de la palanca de apertura (14), - la porción sobresaliente (19) tiene, a ambos lados, segmentos (20) de la línea de incisión (13) que se alejan de dicho elemento mecánico (18) hasta las respectivas zonas de deformación (21), provocadas por la compresión de la línea de incisión (13).
