Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el campo de las plantas de colada continua en la industria metalúrgica. El problema que aborda la invención es proporcionar un método que asegure la producción más rentable posible con un desperdicio mínimo y costos de almacenamiento reducidos. El problema se resuelve comparando los parámetros de producción objetivo con los parámetros de producción reales. Si los parámetros de producción reales se desvían de los parámetros de producción objetivo, se crea una imagen de barra sobre la base de los parámetros de producción reales. La imagen de la barra comprende la barra (7) que ya ha sido colada y aún no cortada, y al menos la barra (7) que surge como resultado de un peso residual en la artesa y parámetros predefinidos. Con la ayuda de la imagen de la barra calculada, se lleva a cabo una verificación dentro del plan de producción predefinido y, si es posible, se crea un nuevo plan de producción. Si no se puede encontrar una solución en el plan de producción predefinido, la imagen de la barra se transmite a un sistema de planificación de la producción (4). El sistema de planificación de la producción (4) crea un nuevo plan de producción a partir de todos los pedidos disponibles sobre la base de un criterio de optimización predefinido. El nuevo plan de producción se transmite posteriormente al sistema de producción (3).
