Abstract
Planificadores que asignan concesiones de recursos ranura por ranura dentro de una época o marco de planificación pueden crear un efecto de carga frontal donde las asignaciones ocurren con mayor frecuencia en ranuras antes que en marcos. Para abordar estas y otros problemas, se describen sistemas y métodos para planificar concesiones de recursos en una red para mejorar los perfiles de potencia de transmisión de red. Por ejemplo, un planificador se configura para aleatorizar el orden de las ranuras en una época o marco de planificación, con diferentes aleatorizaciones para diferentes planificadores, para distribuir más uniformemente ranuras con asignaciones de concesión de recursos para prevenir o reducir un efecto de carga frontal. Como otro ejemplo, el planificador se configura para aleatorizar los tiempos de inicio de los bloques de recursos dentro de una ranura para prevenir o reducir el efecto de carga frontal.
