Abstract

Se proporciona un método para decodificar un vector de movimiento, el método que incluye determinar la disponibilidad de un primer bloque vecino seleccionado de acuerdo con información obtenida de un flujo de bits; cuando el primer bloque vecino se identifica como no disponible al usar información que indica la disponibilidad del primer bloque vecino, o un índice de imagen de referencia del primer bloque vecino en una misma dirección de predicción que una dirección de predicción de un bloque actual es idéntico a un valor predeterminado; obtener un vector de movimiento de predicción del bloque actual de un vector de movimiento de un segundo bloque vecino en una ubicación predeterminada, el segundo bloque vecino que es adyacente al bloque actual; y obtener un vector de movimiento del bloque actual al combinar el vector de movimiento de predicción del bloque actual con un vector de movimiento diferencial.
