Abstract
Se proporciona un método de decodificación de un flujo de bits por un dispositivo electrónico. El dispositivo electrónico recibe el flujo de bits y determina, a partir del flujo de bits, una bandera de modo de predicción habilitada y una bandera habilitada afín, ambas correspondientes a uno o más cuadros de imagen. El dispositivo electrónico determina, a partir del flujo de bits, un índice máximo correspondiente a uno o más cuadros de la imagen cuando la bandera habilitada afín es verdadera. Un valor de índice del índice máximo está en un intervalo de índice determinado con base en la bandera de modo de predicción habilitada. El dispositivo electrónico determina un número máximo de candidatos a la predicción del vector de movimiento de fusión (MVP) basados en el índice máximo, cuando la bandera habilitada afín es verdadera. El dispositivo electrónico reconstruye uno o más cuadros de la imagen basándose en el número máximo de los cero o más candidatos a MVP de fusión basados en sub-bloques.
