Abstract
Un elemento para cierre (10) para cerrar un envase (100) comprende un elemento de tapa interior (30) que se acopla con una boca del envase (100); en donde el miembro de tapa interior (30) tiene una pared superior (31) y una pared lateral (32) que se extiende desde un borde de la pared superior (31); un miembro de tapa exterior (20) acoplado de forma móvil al miembro de tapa interior (30); en donde el miembro de tapa exterior (20) tiene una pared superior (21) y una pared lateral (22) que se extiende desde un borde de la pared superior (21); un transpondedor (40) alojado entre el miembro de tapa interior (30) y el miembro de tapa exterior (20); el transpondedor (40) comprende un chip (41) y una antena (42); este comprende, además, al menos dos primeras placas (50, 51) del capacitor conectadas con el chip (41), en donde las dos primeras placas (50, 51) del capacitor están unidas a una de las paredes superiores (31) del miembro de tapa interior (30) y la pared superior (21) del miembro de tapa exterior (20); en donde el elemento para cierre (10) comprende, además, al menos una segunda placa (52) del capacitor unida a la otra de la pared superior (31) del miembro de tapa interior (30) y la pared superior (21) del miembro de tapa exterior (20), de tal manera que un movimiento relativo del miembro de tapa exterior (20) y el miembro de tapa interior (30) cambia el elemento para cierre (10) entre una primera configuración en la que las primeras placas del capacitor (50, 51) y la segunda placa de capacitor (52) define un capacitor que tiene una primera capacitancia y una segunda configuración en la que las primeras placas (50, 51) del capacitor y la segunda placa (52) del capacitor definen un capacitor que tiene una segunda capacitancia diferente de la primera.
