Abstract
Un dispositivo de enfoque hidrodinámico, preferentemente realizado como un dispositivo microfluídico, comprende un primer canal de flujo (4); un segundo canal de flujo más pequeño (8); una región de envoltura (12) conectada en línea entre el primer (4) y el segundo (8) canales de flujo; y una chimenea (14) que comprende un cuerpo (16) y una entrada de fluido de muestra (18), que se extiende desde una pared preferentemente inclinada (20), que delimita la región de envoltura (12) y dentro de la región de envoltura (12). El cuerpo (16) y la entrada de fluido de muestra (18) están formados cada uno con un perfil alargado, preferentemente en forma de lágrima, que tiene un borde delantero (28) que se orienta hacia el primer canal de flujo (4) y bordes largos opuestos (30a, 30b) relativamente ahusados hacia un borde trasero (32).
