Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método y aparato de codificación/decodificación de imagen. Un método de decodificación de imagen realizado por un aparato de decodificación de imagen comprende la obtención de un bloque actual correspondiente a un nodo hoja de una estructura de árbol particionada en base a un tipo de modo de predicción predeterminado, restablecer un tipo de modo de predicción del bloque actual, obtener información de modo de predicción del actual bloque basado en el tipo de modo de predicción de reinicio, y generando un bloque de predicción del bloque actual basado en la información del modo de predicción. El restablecimiento del tipo de modo de predicción del bloque actual se puede realizar basándose en al menos uno de un tipo 15 de segmento o tamaño del bloque actual.
