Abstract
Esta solicitud proporciona un método, aparato y sistema de comunicación. El método incluye: recibir una primera AMBR de un segmento, donde la primera AMBR se utiliza para indicar una cantidad de recursos de GBR y una cantidad de recursos sin GBR en el segmento, y la primera AMBR es una AMBR de segmento suscrita o una AMBR de segmento autorizada; determinar una segunda AMBR del segmento basándose en la primera AMBR, una AMBR de sesión de una sesión de PDU activada del segmento, y una tasa de bits de control de flujo de un flujo de QoS de la sesión de PDU activada del segmento, donde lasa de bits de control de flujo es una GFBR o una MFBR; y realizar el control de tráfico en el segmento basándose en la segunda AMBR. Basándose en esta solución, se proporciona un método de implementación para realizar el control de tráfico basándose en una AMBR de un segmento. La AMBR del segmento puede utilizarse para indicar una cantidad de recursos de GBR y una cantidad de recursos sin GBR en el segmento. Esto ayuda a mejorar la precisión de realizar el control de tráfico.
