Abstract

Se proporciona un método para decodificar un flujo de bits de video codificado, el método que comprende: obtener, del flujo de bits de video codificado, un primer elemento de sintaxis que especifica si la primera capa usa predicción intercapa; obtener, del flujo de bits de video codificado, uno o más segundos elementos de sintaxis relacionados con una o más segundas capas, cada segundo elemento de sintaxis especifica si una segunda capa es una capa de referencia directa para la primera capa; en donde al menos un segundo elemento de sintaxis del uno o más segundos elementos de sintaxis tiene un valor que especifica que una segunda capa es una capa de referencia directa para la primera capa, en caso de que el valor del primer elemento de sintaxis especifique que se permite que la primera capa use predicción intercapa; realizar predicción intercapa para una imagen de la primera capa al usar una imagen de la segunda capa relacionada con el por lo menos un segundo elemento de sintaxis como una imagen de referencia.
