Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de herramienta de pozo con una carcasa (2) y un orificio de paso (3). Un disco frangible (4) está soportado en el orificio pasante (3) por un primer dispositivo de soporte (22) y un segundo dispositivo de soporte (32), donde el segundo dispositivo de soporte (32) es desplazable axialmente en relación con el primer dispositivo de soporte (22). Un elemento de cizallamiento (15) está previsto para impedir el desplazamiento axial del segundo dispositivo de soporte (32). Un elemento de sellado (5) está dispuesto radialmente en el exterior del disco frangible (4) y radialmente en el interior de la tubería de pozo (6) cuando el dispositivo de herramienta de pozo (1) está en un primer estado, en donde el elemento de sellado (5) junto con el disco frangible (4) está configurado para impedir el flujo axial de fluido entre un primer lado (FS) del disco frangible (4) y un segundo lado (SS) del disco frangible (4). El dispositivo de herramienta de pozo (1) está configurado para estar en un segundo estado, en donde el elemento de cizallamiento (15) ha sido cizallado y el disco frangible (4) y el segundo dispositivo de soporte (32) han sido desplazados axialmente hasta que el disco frangible (4) ha sido puesto en contacto con el dispositivo de desintegración (8). El dispositivo de herramienta de pozo (1) está configurado para estar en un tercer estado, en donde el disco frangible (4) ha sido desintegrado por medio del dispositivo de desintegración (8). Un canal de lavado (40) está previsto en la tubería de pozo (6) radialmente fuera del disco frangible (4) cuando el dispositivo de herramienta de pozo (1) está en el segundo estado.
