Abstract
Método para ensamblar una hoja de metal (40) y una parte de metal a base de hierro (80), que comprende un paso de ajustar un perno tubular (10) el cual está abierto en ambos extremos mediante punzonado a través de la hoja de metal (40) con un vástago del perno, con el perno (10) siendo retenido por la hoja de metal, en donde una almohadilla es separada de la primera hoja de metal (40) y un reborde del perno se apoya contra la superficie de la hoja de metal (40) una vez que se ha efectuado el punzonado, y el retorno elástico del vástago del perno (10) y la hoja de metal (40) comprimen la superficie exterior del vástago, o sobremoldeando el perno en la hoja de metal, y posteriormente un paso de soldar un tubo metálico del perno (10) a la parte de metal a base de hierro (80) llevando un extremo libre (24) del tubo metálico en contacto con la superficie de la parte de metal a base de hierro (80) mediante soldadura por resistencia eléctrica (90).
