Abstract

Un proceso para elaborar formulaciones de dispersión líquida que comprenden a) Al menos un tipo de esporas de bacterias, b) Una fase continua acuosa que comprende al menos un glicol, en donde dicho glicol está comprendido en la formulación en una cantidad en peso que excede la cantidad en peso de agua, c) Opcionalmente al menos un compuesto tensioactivo S, y d) Opcionalmente auxiliares adicionales, B. Suministrar un polvo sólido de esporas de bacterias, B1. Dispersar dichas esporas en una fase continua que comprende al menos un glicol, en donde la relación en peso de dicho al menos un glicol con respecto a agua es inferior o igual a 1:1, B2. Agregar más glicol a la dispersión obtenida en la etapa B1 para obtener una relación de dicho al menos un glicol con respecto a agua de 4:1 a 1.2:1, C. Agregar al menos un tensioactivo S, D. Opcionalmente agregar al menos un espesante, E. Opcionalmente agregar auxiliares adicionales, en donde las etapas C), D) y E) pueden llevarse a cabo en cualquier momento durante el proceso.
