Abstract

Se proporciona un método de información de movimiento de decodificación que incluye: obtener de una corriente de bits, información de cambio que indica si cambiar información de movimiento de un bloque vecino; cuando la información de cambio indica un cambio de la información de movimiento y un bloque superior es capaz de utilizar una lista de imagen de referencia, identificar el número de imágenes incluidas en la lista de imagen de referencia del bloque actual; seleccionar, como una imagen de referencia del bloque actual, una imagen de referencia del bloque vecino o una imagen diferente de la imagen de referencia del bloque vecino, en consideración del número de imágenes; cuando la imagen de referencia del bloque vecino se selecciona como la imagen de referencia del bloque actual, obtener un vector de movimiento del bloque actual al aplicar un desplazamiento a al menos uno de un componente x o un componente y de un vector de movimiento del bloque vecino; y reconstruir el bloque actual al utilizar un bloque de referencia indicado por el vector de movimiento del bloque actual en la imagen de referencia del bloque actual.
