Abstract
The present invention relates to a process for obtaining lamellar nano-cellulose, protein, starch, and cellulose microfibers from malted malting barley bagasse through a combination of physical treatments and hydrolysis, offering a highly efficient alternative process, obtaining products, obtaining products (films or powder) with value-added properties from beer production residues, using a one-step hydrolysis process, a combination of physical treatments, and hydrolysis.
