Abstract

Una válvula dispensadora de cierre automático hecha de un material elástico y que comprende una cabeza de válvula con un orificio dispensador, una brida de retención circular periférica separada de la cabeza de válvula en una dirección axial, y un manguito de conexión conectado integralmente con la cabeza de válvula en un extremo y la brida de retención en el otro extremo; el material elástico es un plastómero o un elastómero termoplástico; la cabeza de válvula tiene una forma de domo con un lado exterior cóncavo y un lado interior convexo; el manguito de conexión es sustancialmente estable en su forma; la cabeza de válvula se conecta a un extremo superior del manguito conector por medio de una porción de bisagra que tiene forma de U en sección transversal; el espesor de pared de la porción de bisagra es más pequeño que el espesor de pared del manguito conector y está escalonado en la transición entre el manguito conector y la porción de bisagra; alternativamente, el manguito conector se omite y la cabeza de válvula se conecta directamente a la brida de retención.
