Abstract
Esta solicitud describe un método y un aparato de inter-predicción. El aparato incluye un módulo de determinación, un módulo de predicción y un módulo de combinación. En esta aplicación, se puede reducir la complejidad de implementar la inter-predicción y se puede mejorar la eficiencia del procesamiento.
