Abstract
Se describen diferentes implementaciones; particularmente implementaciones para codificación y decodificación de video utilizando listas de fusión comprendiendo candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento basado en historial y candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento promediado. El método comprende: determinar para un bloque actual de la imagen uno o más candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento basado en historial utilizando información de movimiento de bloques que preceden al bloque actual; determinar para el bloque actual uno o más candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento promediado al promediar un par de candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento en una lista de candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento, en donde los candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento en la lista son formados utilizando información de movimiento de bloques que rodean de forma espacial y/o temporal el bloque actual; e insertar uno o más de los candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento promediado antes que uno o más de los candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento basado en historial en la lista de candidatos de predictor de vector de movimiento.
