Abstract
La presente patente de invención se refiere a una unidad hidráulica (U) con un cilindro neumático (15) que trabaja conjuntamente con un servomotor (M), junto con un husillo de bolas (29) para juntos mover una bomba hidráulica de pistón (8), conformada por un émbolo hidráulico (7), con elementos de sellado correspondientes para evitar fugas de aceite, ruido, desgaste por contacto metal con metal y pérdida de eficiencia, que se mueve hacia arriba y hacia abajo mediante el uso de un husillo de bolas (29) y un cilindro neumático (15), conjuntamente con un servomotor (M) que, cuando se mueve, empuja el aceite presurizado hacia afuera mientras llena la cámara hidráulica opuesta con un movimiento de succión de aceite, el aceite bombeado ingresa en un acumulador de presión hidráulico (25), donde permanece inactivo para ser usado cuando se requiera y s suministrado por el movimiento ascendente/descendente del pistón, generando un bombeo continuo, que se detiene automáticamente cuando el acumulador de presión hidráulico (25) está lleno y ha alcanzado la presión hidráulica predeterminada. Con respecto al campo de aplicación, la invención está destinada a ser utilizada para mover actuadores hidráulicos en una variedad de máquinas y equipos diferentes.
