Abstract

Método para reducir la contaminación de productos deshidratados, que comprende: recepción del producto contaminado y deshidratado parcial o totalmente; analizar el producto contaminado y deshidratado, para determinar el tipo y grado de contaminación que tiene; mediante técnicas convencionales de análisis que detectan la presencia de agentes contaminante; colocar el producto contaminado y deshidratado, dentro de unos recipientes fabricados de un material resistente a altas temperaturas y presión, y configurados de tal manera que permitan la circulación de fluidos gaseosos para que dichos fluidos gaseosos hagan un contacto uniforme con el producto a descontaminar; someter al producto contaminado y deshidratado a, al menos, un tratamiento de descontaminación, según los resultados del análisis de contaminación; y envasar el producto deshidratado y descontaminado.
