Abstract

Una modalidad implica un clasificador de aprendizaje automático híbrido que usa un bosque aleatorio de clasificadores de árboles de decisión para predecir un prefijo del código arancelario, y usa múltiples árboles expertos para predecir un sufijo del código arancelario a partir de propiedades relacionadas con componentes químicos asociados con los respectivos prefijos del código arancelario. La modalidad también implica: determinar una proporción de un componente químico dominante en comparación con otros componentes químicos en un nuevo conjunto de componentes químicos; calcular puntuaciones de similitud para el nuevo conjunto de componentes químicos y palabras asociadas con los prefijos del código arancelario; generar un vector de características a partir de la proporción y las puntuaciones de similitud; y obtener un código arancelario predicho que incluya un prefijo del código arancelario predicho determinado aplicando el bosque aleatorio al vector de características, y un sufijo del código arancelario predicho determinado atravesando un árbol experto en particular de acuerdo con las propiedades relacionadas con el nuevo conjunto de componentes químicos.
