Cepa aislada de Azospirillum brasilense que tiene las características de la cepa depositada con el número de acceso CM-CNRG TB176, la cual exhibe actividad nitrogenasa, la cual a su vez es para promover el desarrollo radicular de plántulas vegetales. Mezcla, que comprende, una cepa aislada de Azospirillum brasilense, la cual tiene las características de la cepa depositada con el número de acceso CM-CNRG TB176, la cual exhibe actividad nitrogenasa, la cual a su vez es para promover el desarrollo radicular de plántulas vegetales. Método para promover el desarrollo radicular de plántulas vegetales, que comprende, aplicar una mezcla de conformidad con la presente invención, a semillas vegetales previa o durante su germinación.
