Abstract
En la presente se describen métodos y composiciones para la identificación de características celulares que mejoran la viabilidad y características de sustrato en lo que se refiere a la supervivencia posterior a la crioconservación de células sembradas de sustrato. Las modalidades de la presente invención implican además la identificación de características celulares para fabricar un sobrenadante que es útil para el cultivo celular y el tratamiento de diversas enfermedades.
