Abstract

Un proceso para la conversión de compuestos oxigenados a hidrocarburos C5+ que hierven en el intervalo de ebullición de la gasolina, que comprende los pasos de continuamente a) proporcionar una o más corrientes de alimentación de uno o más compuestos oxigenados; b) calentar una o más de las corrientes de alimentación a una temperatura de entrada de uno o más reactores de conversión corriente abajo; c) introducir una o más de las corrientes de alimentación calentadas en la entrada de uno o más de los reactores de conversión; d) convertir en uno o más de los reactores de conversión una o más de las corrientes de alimentación calentadas en presencia de un catalizador a un producto oxigenado convertido que comprende hidrocarburos C5+; e) retirar de uno o más de los reactores de conversión el producto oxigenado convertido; f) determinar en la salida de uno o más de los reactores de conversión la cantidad de uno o más de los compuestos oxigenados no convertidos en el producto oxigenado convertido retirado; g) separar el producto oxigenado convertido en una fracción de hidrocarburos C4-, una fracción con los hidrocarburos C5+ que hierven en el intervalo de ebullición de la gasolina y una fracción que comprende agua y uno o más de los compuestos oxigenados no convertidos, en donde la temperatura de entrada de una o más de las corrientes de alimentación en el paso b se ajusta continuamente para mantener una cantidad constante de uno o más de los compuestos oxigenados no convertidos como se determina en el paso f.
