Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un aparato de paletas para guiar el viento para mitigar una influencia perjudicial de los vientos cruzados que fluyen en los alrededores de un condensador enfriado por aire (ACC) y a través de uno o más ventiladores, colocados en la dirección lateral del ACC, a los que se les dirige aire ambiental y se descarga a la atmósfera después de enfriar los tubos condensadores del ACC, que comprende: una o más paletas estacionarias para guiar el viento colocadas a lo largo de al menos una porción de una línea de corriente de flujo de aire y por debajo de una pluralidad de tubos condensadores del ACC, en donde dichas uno o más paletas para guiar el viento están configuradas para redirigir el flujo de aire durante condiciones de viento hacia una porción de dicha pluralidad de tubos condensadores y hacia al menos uno de los ventiladores en un ángulo tal que se desvíe significativamente del flujo de entrada perpendicular y bastante horizontal.
