Abstract
La divulgación divulga un método para procesar señales de video y un aparato para el mismo. Específicamente, el método de procesamiento de señales de video con base en la predicción inter, que comprende: configurar una lista de candidatos de fusión con base en un bloque vecino espacial y un bloque vecino temporal a un bloque actual; sumar un candidato de fusión basado en la historia del bloque actual a la lista de candidatos de fusión; obtener un índice de fusión que indica un candidato de fusión utilizado para una predicción inter del bloque actual dentro de la lista de candidatos de fusión; generar una muestra de predicción del bloque actual con base en la información de movimiento del candidato de fusión indicado por el índice de fusión; y actualizar una lista de candidatos de fusión basados en la historia con base en la información de movimiento.
