Abstract
La descripción se refiere a un método para controlar el gasto de calor o frío de un sistema de distribución local desde una red de distribución de energía térmica y una unidad de control. El método comprende determinar una temperatura de dirección de base para el gasto de calor del sistema de distribución local desde la red de distribución de energía térmica, recibir, en el sistema de distribución local, una señal de control indicativa de reducir la temperatura de dirección para el gasto de calor del sistema de distribución local desde la red de distribución de energía térmica, y determinar una temperatura de dirección reducida para el gasto de calor del sistema de distribución local desde la red de distribución de energía térmica basándose en la señal de control y la temperatura de dirección de base. El método además comprende determinar una temperatura de retorno de un fluido de transferencia de calor en el conducto de retorno, y cuando la temperatura de dirección reducida determinada es menor que la temperatura de retorno, determinar que una temperatura de dirección temporal es mayor que la temperatura de retorno y menor que la temperatura de dirección de base, y controlar el gasto de calor del sistema de distribución local desde la red de distribución basándose en la temperatura de dirección temporal.
