Abstract

Se proporciona una chapa de acero eléctrico de múltiples capas que tiene baja pérdida de hierro a alta frecuencia y alta densidad de flujo magnético. La chapa de acero eléctrico de múltiples capas tiene una capa interior y capas superficiales proporcionadas sobre ambos lados de la capa interior, en la cual las capas superficiales y la capa interior tienen una composición química predeterminada, teniendo la chapa de acero eléctrico de múltiples capas: ?Si de 0.5% en masa a 4.0% en masa, siendo ?Si definida como una diferencia en el contenido de Si entre las capas superficiales y la capa interior; ?Al de 0.05% en masa o menos, siendo ?Al definida como un valor absoluto de una diferencia en el contenido de Al entre las capas superficiales y la capa interior; una relación de t1 a t representada por t1/t de 0.10 a 0.70, donde t1 denota un espesor total de las capas superficiales y t denota un espesor de la chapa a la chapa de acero eléctrico de múltiples capas; una densidad de flujo magnético a una intensidad de campo magnético de 1000 A/m representada por B10 de 1.3 T o más; y una relación de B1 a B10 representada por B1/B10 de 0.45 o más, donde B1 denota una densidad de flujo magnético a una intensidad de campo magnético de 100 A/m y una pérdida de hierro a una frecuencia de 1 kHz y una densidad de flujo magnético más grande de 1.0 T representada por W10/1k en W/kg y el espesor de la chapa t en mm satisface la siguiente fórmula (1): W10/1k = 15 + 140 × t (1).
